- In the same browser you paid from, open the claim page and it will take you back to your reading. If you have since changed browser or device, email us from the address you paid with and we will send you the link.
- How long does it take to write?
- About a minute and a half. You can close the page while you wait — your link stays where it is.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing renews. Your reading lives at its own address, and that address is the only key to it — keep it somewhere.
- Who else can read it?
- Nobody, unless you send them the link. The address is a long random string, it is not listed anywhere, and we ask search engines not to index it.
- Can I get a refund?
- These readings are sold through Gumroad, not through Apple or Google. Write to us at support@kina.beauty from the email you paid with and tell us what went wrong.
- Is a reading a prediction?
- No. A reading is written for personal insight and reflection. It is interpretive, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
